Eradicated Graphics
This process is an economical way to produce
a white graphic "reversal" from a single color background. Chemicals are used to eradicate the color surface of the translucent vinyl fabric. The
fabric's white substrate is revealed forming a
clean-line graphic. Eradication is defined by a computer-cut stencil mask.
Vinyl Overlay Graphics
Where a single color graphic on a single color
background is needed, eradication with a
color vinyl film inset is used. First, the letter or
graphic area on the translucent vinyl fabric is chemically eradicated using a computer-cut
stencil mask. Then, a translucent vinyl color
film is applied to the eradicated area.
Inset Digital Print
Eradicated Graphics
When the design calls for full-color graphics on
a single color background, eradication with a
digitally-printed inset answers the need. First, the letter or graphic area on the translucent vinyl
fabric is chemically eradicated within the bounds
of a computer-cut stencil mask. Then, color
graphics are printed on translucent vinyl film to
match the stencil. Finally, the film is inset into
the eradicated area on the fabric.
Digitally Printed Graphics
Full-color graphics or photographic images
can be digitally printed on a wide variety of vinyl
fabric to create flex face signs, banners, and backlit
awnings. The digital images are printed directly
onto the fabric's substrate. To extend service
life up to five years, a clear laminated film may
be applied for UV protection on exterior signage. |
