How To Order

1. E-mail, call, or fax AI Innovations with job requirements and specifications.
2. We will respond with an e-mail or fax providing you with a written quote for the job, including delivery.
3. After you've sold the job, sign the quote and fax it back to us.
4. Mail a deposit for 50% of the quoted price to AI's home office: Awning Innovations, 4162 North Awning Court, Greenfield, IN 46140. For credit card orders, please call your Account Manager.
5. E-mail any artwork required by the job to your assigned Account Manager.
6. We will fax shop drawings and/or graphics layout for your approval.
7. If the drawings are acceptable, initial them and fax them back; we will begin work on the job.
8. We will call to arrange delivery.
9. AI Innovations will deliver as scheduled to your shop or jobsite.

Artwork Requirements

If the awning requires graphics, we need clean artwork from you. FLEXI-SIGN PRO and ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR are software programs used by AI Innovations and most of the sign industry. We would like artwork to be in FLEXI-SIGN 5.8 (.fs) or ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR (.ai), if possible. Our computers are IBM compatible.

Your ability to respond in one of these software formats will help us expedite work on the awning as well as save on production costs.
