Packaging

At AI Innovations, Signs are carefully packed and crated to make for easy and safe shipping from our Indy facility. Each sign is inspected for quality and is cleaned before packing.

Delivery

AI ships all cabinet and letters via your preferred carrier.  If there is no preferred carrier AI typically uses FedEx Freight to ship all cabinets and letters.  AI also has its own fleet of trucks, however with cabinets and letters the AI trucks are not the most viable option.  

AI Innovations maintains its own fleet of trucks--to deliver on time, intact, to every customer location or job site in the continental United States. This eliminates typical problems caused by common carriers. However, AI will use your preferred carrier or Schedules are controlled, late shipments are averted, and damage in transit is avoided. Loss claims are negligible.

Four Manufacturing and Distributing Centers

Although signs cabinets are manufactured in our Indy facility, AI Innovations serves its customers from four strategic manufacturing/distribution centers. The home office and manufacturing facility in Indianapolis, IN, is within one day's transit to two-thirds of the countries population. It handles delivery to the greater Midwest and beyond.  The AI manufacturing/ distribution hub at Winston-Salem, NC, responds to customers along the eastern seaboard and throughout the south and southeastern states. Our full-service operation in Dallas, TX, distributes AI products in southwestern and western states, and our newest manufacturing facility located in Scranton, PA services the northeastern states.
